Next Generation Engineering boasts a rapidly growing group of twelve qualified Engineers and Technicians divided into three distinct teams, one team is always on standby to replace a technician or team in case of any problems faced onsite during installation. Each of these teams has a Quality Control manager who at the same time is a supervisor. All of our Technicians Are Bilingual (they express themselves well in English and French Languages). Through partnerships in project implementation with world-class telecom vendors, Next Generation Engineering engineers have amassed wide experience in both project management and ensuring high quality construction and installation of a variety of Telecom equipment. The strength of Next Generation Engineering mainly lies in the confidence of each and every technician and engineer on past projects realized with vendors and their ex-employers. Operators alike put in us to ensure timely project delivery and quality. We have considerable experience in installation, network deployment, and maintenance works and having a technical team of twelve technicians of which some are certified by Ericsson, Huawei Technologies, Nera, NEC and Ceragon Networks. Individually our staff has been involved in various works in other African countries. Put together the least of our technicians have over five years of experience in the telecommunication and Networking sector in Cameroon.
